Where We Are
Our office is one block off the Malecón in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica. Walk-ins welcome — coffee's on. Look for the coral-orange door with the smiling sun painted above it.

Do I pay now?
Nope — we hold your spot with $0 down. Pay the day of your tour in cash (USD or pesos) or card.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancel inside that window and we'll either re-book you for free or refund half — fair both ways.
Do you speak English?
Yes! Bilingual office and bilingual guides on every tour.
